How long does production take?
Typical UK production turnarounds before shipping: DTF transfer printing takes 5 to 7 working days, embroidery takes 7 to 10 working days, and screen printing (orders of 50 or more) takes 10 to 14 working days. Busy periods can add a few days; we will always confirm a date with your order confirmation.
Can I see a sample before I order?
Yes. We offer pre-production samples to every customer, big or small. Use the Order a sample link on any product page, or contact us and we will arrange it.
What artwork files do you need?
High-resolution PNG with a transparent background works best for printing. For embroidery, send the highest quality version you have and we will digitise it for stitching. If you are not sure, send what you have and we will tell you if we need anything else.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes. Prices drop automatically at quantity breaks shown on each product page, and the live total in the customiser reflects the bulk price for your chosen quantity. For a tailored quote on a larger or more complex order, get in touch.
How is delivery handled?
Orders ship by Royal Mail or courier depending on size, with tracking on every parcel. UK shipping is free on orders over £100. Full details are on our Delivery information page.
Can you match my brand colours?
Yes. Send us your brand guidelines or a Pantone reference and we will match thread and ink colours as closely as the process allows.
